
Important Update: 401(k) Beneficiary Management Moving to Fidelity
We want to inform you about an important update regarding your 401(k) retirement plan. Effective today, 13 May 2025, your 401(k) beneficiary designations will no longer be managed through eBenefits. Instead, this function will transition to Fidelity, our 401(k) plan provider.
What This Means for You:
- You will need to log into Fidelity and designate your beneficiaries following the steps below.
- Going forward, any changes or updates to your 401(k) beneficiaries must be made directly through Fidelity’s online platform.
Next Steps:
- Log in to your Fidelity account at www.401k.com or through the Fidelity link in Employee Self Service
under Money Matters.
- Select Profile & Settings
- Select the Beneficiaries tile
- Follow the steps in the attachment to add or confirm your beneficiary information
Keeping your beneficiary information current is an important part of your financial planning. We recommend logging in and designating your beneficiaries in a timely manner.
