When you reach age 65, if you live in the US, your coverage will be changed to the Medicare Advantage Plus Drug (MAPD) ESA PPO Plan. Information regarding this plan is available on the NAF HEALTH PLANS page by clicking on RETIREES then OVER AGE 65. Under RESOURCES you can find a myriad of information regarding the plan. There is also information regarding SilverSneakers and you can access the various documents that have been mailed to you since the program began. This is a great resource. An additional resource is the Dod/MAPD website found at AETNA MEDICARE. Take some time to review both of these sites.
