Northern Trust issues all annuity (pension) payments. All historical payment information (statements) and tax forms (available on or before Jan 31 each year) are accessed through the Northern Trust Web Passport.

Use “Web Passport” for online access to payment (statement) and tax information to include tax documentation (available on or before Jan 31 each year). Once you receive your first pension payment you will be able to register on the website. For assistance with “Web Passport” and Password resets: 888-259-6835

Did you know you can stop receiving your annuity information through regular mail? On the direct deposit screen, at the bottom, there is a box titled “Suppress Advice.” Checking this box will stop your annuity statements from being mailed to you each month or you can select to be notified a new annuity statement is available via email.
