Use “Web Passport” for online access and to make changes to pension information: www.northerntrust.com/bppweb. Once you receive your first pension payment you will be able to register on the website. The following changes can be made online as an immediate update:
- Changing tax withholding on pension checks
- Direct Deposit changes or enrollment
- Address Change
- Assistance with “Web Passport” and Password resets: 888-259-6835

Did you know you can stop receiving your annuity information through regular mail? On the direct deposit screen, at the bottom, there is a box titled “Suppress Advice.” Checking this box will stop your annuity statements from being mailed to you each month.
