Learn about your pharmacy benefits to include the drug formulary for your plan.  Please note there is a separate drug formulary for the Aetna MAPD plan, as noted below. Drug formularies do periodically change. You should be notified by Aetna if there is a change for a prescription you are currently receiving.

Find the drug you are interested in on the formulary (if it isn’t there, it probably is not covered – check directly with Aetna).  The formulary will provide you with the category that determines the cost.  Review the plan summary for drug costs based on category.
